14 NATIONAL HEAD COACH
NPJ Bend Club Director, NPJ Beach Director and 5-time JNC medal winning coach Colton Naill will Head Coach NPJ Bend 14 National for the 2025-2026 season. The former Multnomah University Head Coach has been with NPJ since 2019, most recently winning silver at the 2022 GJNC with NPJ Salem 16 National. Colton oversees the development of Bend's players, our coaches and the programs that make NPJ nationally known.
Prior to NPJ, Colton spent 2013 - 2019 in Southern California, coaching club volleyball full time for Tstreet (girls) and for Balboa Bay (boys). Colton won 4 Gold medals in a row from 2015-2018, and was on the coaching staff of 17 different club teams in 6 years. In addition to club, Colton was also a Volunteer Assistant Coach on the men's side for Concordia-Irvine and Orange Coast College. Off the court, Colton served as Tstreet's Marketing Coordinator and Balboa Bay's Marketing Director.
Colton was born and raised in York PA where he first played the game with his Dad. After an All-State high school career, Colton played for George Mason University and graduated in 2011. A camp coach since 2007, Colton has been on staff with USAV High Performance, Gold Medal Squared, GMU, US Naval Academy, Pat Powers, Tstreet, Balboa Bay, Marymount U and York Volleyball Camp. His first ever club team was NVVA boys 14s, who qualified for the Open division of BJNC in 2013. Colton lives on the east side of Bend with his wife Lauren & their sons Colt & Wayne.
