Jade is entering her 2nd season coaching with NPJ Bend. Jade assisted her father Turner & 16 National last season, where the team won the 2024-2025 CEVA 16u Regional Tournament.

College: Played at Long Beach State University in CA - Made her collegiate debut in 2019 as a freshman against Georgia Tech and recorded two digs and one assist … Saw action in 21 matches during her freshman season … Totaled 90 digs, 16 assists, and nine service aces … Recorded a pair of double-figure dig performances … Posted a career-high 13 digs versus Georgia.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Summit High School … Four-time All-League selection … Three-time All-State Tournament selection as an outside hitter … Voted to PrepVolleyball.com Frosh 50, Soph 79, and Defensive Lions list … Won the Women’s AA Division of the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament in 2017 … Career leader in digs and aces at Summit High School … Set the record for most digs and aces in a single match at Summit HS … Helped her team win the 2015 Volleyball State Championship … Led the team to the State Championship in 2018 … Helps her team to a pair of fourth place finishes at State in 2016 and 2017 … Helped Summit HS win the League Championship all four years … Team captain for three years … Played club volleyball for NPJ 18 ForeFront … Finished top 20 in the country in 2016 at 18 Open USAV Junior Nationals … Took third at the Colorado Crossroads 18 Open … Won the 2017 Regional Championship … Placed second at the 2018 Regional Championship … Also lettered in track and field in her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Turner and Jill Waskom … Majoring in psychology … Mother, Jill, played volleyball at Oregon State … Grandfather, Steve Sogge, played football and baseball at USC … Also recruited by Oregon State, UCLA, Arizona, Oregon, Portland State and VCU.
