NPJ RECRUITING

RECRUITING

At North Pacific Juniors (NPJ), college recruiting isn’t just something we support, it’s part of who we are. We are deeply committed to helping every athlete who wants to play at the next level find the right opportunity to continue their journey. From personalized guidance and highlight film feedback to the tools and coach connections that open doors, we walk with our athletes every step of the way. It’s in our DNA, and we’re proud to say that every NPJ athlete who has wanted to play in college has done exactly that.

NPJ PARTNERS WITH SPORTSRECRUITS

SALEM, OR-North Pacific Juniors Volleyball Club is proud to announce a partnership with SportsRecruits. One of the most successful clubs in the Pacific Northwest, NPJ recruits, supports and trains committed athletes. NPJ graduates have excelled on NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, NJCAA & NWAC teams.

“For 11 years, we've helped our athletes with the recruiting process. I am confident SportsRecruits is going to improve our system," said Adam Ellis, NPJ Club Director.

With oversight from Ellis and NPJ Bend Recruiting Coordinator Randi Viggiano, athletes from over 20 college recruitable teams in Bend, Salem, Oregon, and Seattle will not only be able to research colleges, compare data across schools and efficiently message coaches; they will be able to share film and create unlimited professional highlight videos with ease on the SportsRecruits platform.

“We've enjoyed building relationships within the club volleyball community and we appreciate the positive response to our platform; especially our college matching resources," said SportsRecruits CEO Gage Merserau. "To get to work with NPJ and Adam who was skeptical of digital recruiting tools in the past, is a real honor for us.”

SportsRecruits General Manager Dave Franklin added, "it's great to be trusted to compliment the robust recruiting curriculum that NPJ has built their long-standing track record on."

"We're excited about making this a 20 year partnership. SportsRecruits really made us feel comfortable about adding a new tool to our arsenal in this important area of our club's culture. This vital period where athletes won't be able to get in front of as many college coaches as they hoped to this summer and we are glad to have found the right partner at the right time." said Ellis.

SportsRecruits is a technology partner who helps clubs streamline their college recruiting programs while also integrating video sharing, storage and a club wide tool for tryouts and evaluations. With unlimited professional highlight videos no offerings of a personal recruiting, scout, agent, or counselor - SportsRecruits provides an up-sell free platform for athletes and families to research, identify and interact with the colleges coaches at their best fit schools with advisement from club staff.
