BRANDI SMITH

11-1 LOCAL HEAD COACH

Born and raised in Oregon, I’ve proudly called Bend home for the past 20 years. I grew up immersed in volleyball, playing both high school and travel ball. Though I was a short outside hitter, I played with a big heart—loving every moment on the serving line, owning left back, and naturally stepping into leadership roles with my teammates. After high school, I was fortunate to continue my athletic journey as a two-sport college athlete at Linfield College, competing in both golf and volleyball. Go Wildcats!

As a coach, my goal is to help these young women understand what it truly means to be a great teammate—to show up for each other, work hard together, and enjoy every second of this experience. The moments we share on the court become memories that stick with you, and the friendships built here often last long after the final match.

Off the court, I’m a mom to two amazing kids, married to an incredible husband, and we share our home with a chocolate Labradoodle who firmly believes everyone he encounters is there solely to admire him. I’m beyond excited and deeply grateful to be part of the NPJ family and can’t wait for an incredible season ahead.
