This program offers weekly academy-style training for high-school age athletes grouped by skill level. Each session emphasizes a targeted skill focus in the first half of training, followed by large-group, game-like drills designed to help athletes apply that skill in realistic competitive situations.
The first session of each month is used as an evaluation day, with athletes training together to determine appropriate group placement. Following this session, athletes will be assigned to a specific group and court for the remainder of the month, allowing for consistent training environments and progression within either two or three groups based on overall participation.
Tiered Training replaces our former Academy model with a more modern, athlete-centered approach. By tiering athletes and adjusting training demands accordingly, we are better able to provide appropriate challenges, meaningful feedback, and developmentally aligned instruction—ensuring each athlete is training at the level that best supports their growth.
