Our High School Elite Camp is built for athletes who are committed to competing at a high level. Designed for rising high school players who identify as elite or advanced. Elite players are typically one of the best players on their team, but elite players are generally one of the best players on either side of the net. This camp is also designed for advanced players who aspire to play and compete at the elite level. Advanced players might not be one of the best players on the floor, but they can most certainly compete with the best and have the ability to challenge the best. This camp focuses on authentic game-like environments, maximizing reps that demand problem-solving, adaptability, and real-time decision-making. This camp is designed to help each athlete explore and discover the most effective movement solutions for their unique body and play style. Whether you're refining your attack to hit flatter and harder, developing more aggressive and tactical serving, or becoming a smarter defender, this camp is about unlocking the next level. We will be going over elite level concepts, topics, drills, and frameworks that we implement and talk about on our National level teams.
July Beginner Camp
Elevate Your Game: Dynamic & Purposeful Training for High School Volleyball Players
Perfect for players with a foundational understanding who are looking to truly refine their skills and prepare for the demands of high school volleyball. This camp uniquely combines advanced skill development with a focus on game understanding and adaptable teamwork. Through engaging, game-like scenarios, mini-tournaments, and team challenges, athletes will not only sharpen their individual game but also build confidence and fluid communication essential for collaborative play.
WHO THIS CAMP IS FOR: This camp is ideal for athletes newer to volleyball experience – whether from a year of club, a middle school team, or local programs like YMCA/Boys & Girls Club.
You'll thrive in this camp if you:
* Are eager to develop basic technique, becoming a smarter, more impactful player and want to develop game intelligence and adaptability crucial for high school success.
* Want to feel more confident in your basic skills and have a solid grasp of most rules.
* Consistently make your serve 50% of the time or more.
Whether you’re newly committed to playing in high school or looking to build on middle school experience, this camp will help you master new techniques, strengthen your game IQ through practical application, and stand out as a dependable, versatile player who can contribute immediately.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & EXPERIENCE: Our expert coaching staff, led by A.J. Francis, will guide players through challenging, fun, and highly representative sessions focused on both individual mastery and cohesive team play. Participants will:
* Develop individual skills like serving, passing, setting, and hitting, integrating them into dynamic, game-speed contexts.
* Improve consistency and control under authentic game pressure, building fluid decision-making and reliable execution.

We go beyond isolated movements to focus on developing versatile and effective skills, building smart team play, and providing dynamic, high-opportunity training. Our goal is to ensure players feel truly confident, strategically prepared, and ready to compete effectively when tryouts arrive.
WHO THIS CAMP IS FOR This camp is ideal for 7th and 8th grade athletes aiming to make a school or club team, or those looking to secure a bigger role this upcoming season. If you want to refine your foundational skills, improve your understanding of how to contribute within a team, and gain a competitive edge for fall tryouts, this camp is for you.

High School Pre-Tryout Sessions
These sessions are specifically designed to prepare athletes for the unique demands of high school tryouts.
Tryouts are not just about skill — they’re about performing under evaluation. Athletes must demonstrate consistency, decision-making, and composure while being watched, judged, and compared in real time. That environment can feel very different from a normal practice.
Each session simulates the structure and pressure of actual tryouts. Athletes will train in competitive, fast-paced drills that mirror what coaches look for: serve-receive under stress, transition play, communication, consistency, and effort between reps. Players will experience evaluation-style gameplay so they can become comfortable being watched and assessed.
Beyond repetitions, we focus on helping athletes understand how to showcase their strengths. Whether that’s being a reliable passer, an aggressive attacker, a vocal leader, or a relentless defender, athletes will learn how to stand out in ways that matter during short evaluation windows.
