Brand new this year! In-Season Weekday Supplemental Reps. Led by Assistant Club Director and NPJ Salem 16 National Head Coach, AJ Francis.
This program gives athletes an extra 2 hours of targeted, skill-focused reps each week on top of their team practices. Training groups are tiered by level to keep the pace and feedback right for every athlete. Open Level is for National teams (14U and older) and Premier teams (15U and older). Regional Level is for Black/Orange teams, Premier 14U, and National 13U. Sessions are individually driven with high ball contacts and coaching touchpoints. Capacity is limited to 14 athletes per session on Tue/Thu and 26 athletes per session on Mon/Wed. Not exclusive to NPJ Players, open to all. Not currently on an NPJ team? Contact us and we’ll place you in the correct tier. Players can move up or down based off performance, and on rare occasions exceptions to tier placement may be made with Director/Lead Coach approval.
