NPJ Spring Skills Training is designed for athletes who want focused, high-rep training in the skills that matter most. Held on Thursdays, each session breaks into position-specific and skill-specific groups so players can train with intention and get detailed feedback from our coaches. Athletes can choose Attacking or Digging from 6:00–7:00pm, then follow it up with Setting or Serve & Pass from 7:00–8:00pm, creating a flexible, high-impact training night. This format is perfect for players looking to sharpen fundamentals, gain confidence, and continue developing through the spring in a competitive but supportive environment.
